Shipping policy




GENERAL POLICIES

 

  • Please notice that printing, preparing and packing artworks takes time and effort. Check the shipping schedules for the type of artworks you are purchasing from below.

 

  • EEVA-MARJA SAARINEN will not be liable for any possible customs duties or delays due to them.

 

  • EEVA-MARJA SAARINEN reserves the right to update the terms and conditions set out here without notice.

 

SHIPPING OF CLUB ITEMS

 

  • PRINT-CLUB`S prints will be shipped from my studio during the last week of each month. The package will reach you in approximately 2-7 business days by snail-mail. 

 

  • Free shipping is provided for PRINT-CLUB`S art prints (included in all club options).

 

  • Shipping is calculated normally on those art prints and original artworks that are not included in the policies mentioned above.


 SHIPPING OF ART PRINTS

 

  • Every art print is carefully made to order and takes typically 1 – 2 weeks to be made and shipped. Please notice that during busy periods there might be delays to the shipping schedule, so please allow me some extra time for delivery.

 

  • Shipping costs to Finland are currently 8,99€ and to other EU countries 9,99€. Free shipping is provided for purchases of two or more art prints. The correct shipping costs will be calculated at your checkout.

 

  • After your art print has been shipped, you will receive notification via email including tracking information.

 

  • EEVA-MARJA SAARINEN will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to your parcel. However if something is wrong with your item please follow the instructions of "Faulty or damaged items" below.

 

SHIPPING OF ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

 

  • Original paintings will be shipped within 21 days of your purchase unless appointed otherwise.

 

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at your checkout. However please notice that shipping large items requires special arrangements that will be indicated in the description of these artworks.

 

  • After your painting has been shipped you will receive notification via email including tracking information.

 

  • Failure to collect your shipment in time may result in your parcel being returned to the sender. In this case all costs of resending will be charged to the purchaser. Please notice that not collecting your order is not accepted as a reason for refund.

 

  • EEVA-MARJA SAARINEN will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to your parcel.

     

    FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS


    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong print, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order arrives in faulty or damaged condition please email your issue, order number, images of the fault and a short description to info@eevamarjasaarinen.com within 48 hours of recieving your parcel.
