Refund policy
GENERAL POLICIES
- The items held in your shopping cart are not reserved and may still be purchased by another customer. A sale is not final until payment has been processed and you have recieved a confirmation of your order.
- EEVA-MARJA SAARINEN will not be liable for any possible customs duties or delays due to them.
- EEVA-MARJA SAARINEN reserves the right to update the terms and conditions set out here without notice.
RETURNING OF ART PRINTS MADE IN CLUB MEMBERSHIPS
- Please notice that due to every art print in the club is carefully printed, numbered and signed to order, I do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on these items.
- If however, the artworks you received are somehow broken or faulty, please contact me immediately through the form here.
RETURNING OF CLUB MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS
- Please notice that PRINT-CLUB and COLLECTORS-CLUB are ongoing subscriptions that auto-renew every month with no fixed period required. Therefore you may manage and change your subscription at any given moment through the members portal at the MEMBERSHIPS-page.
- A newly started membership has a EU 14-day right of withdrawal. However, because the monthly prints are custom-made, numbered and signed individually for each member after the payment, already processed or delivered monthly prints cannot be refunded.
RETURNIN OF ART PRINTS
- Please notice that due to every art print is carefully printed to order and personalized, I do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on these items.
- EEVA-MARJA SAARINEN will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to your parcel. However if something is wrong with your item please follow the instructions of "Faulty or damaged returns"below.
RETURNING OF ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
- Due to EU – law the customer has a right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of recieving the order. In this case the original artwork must be shipped back by the customer in the same condition that they recieved it. This must be done by the same shipping method with its original packaging, full insurance and tracking. The customer is responsible for all return costs. I cannot refund a painting if it does not arrive back in it`s original condition. Please notice that the EU – right of withdrawal does not apply to commissioned artworks or art prints made to order.
- Orders for commissioned artworks can be returned in 14 days and refunded up to 40% of the artworks price. There is a 60% fee for the time, money and effort used to make your unique commissioned artwork. Check the shipping directions one step above.

- Failure to collect your shipment in time may result in your parcel being returned to the sender. In this case all costs of resending will be charged to the purchaser. Please notice that not collecting your order is not accepted as a reason for refund.
- EEVA-MARJA SAARINEN will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage to your parcel.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED RETURNS
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong print, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order arrives in faulty or damaged condition please email your issue, order number, images of the fault and a short description to info@eevamarjasaarinen.com within 48 hours of recieving your parcel.
