SYYSKARKELOT - Limited edition art print

About the original artwork:

Syyskarkelot (Autumn celebration) is one of the two biggest artworks I created to join my latest Birds - series in 2024. In this painting I have hidden tens of birds into the half abstract figure to symbolise delicate messages of animals, sensitivity and longing for nature. I started to paint this artwork during my favourite time of the year - the autumn. While I was painting this piece I took long walks around the forests noticing these small gatherings of mushrooms, frogs, birds and bugs around trees and tree stumps. I felt like they were little magical worlds where everyone was taking shelter and celebrating the autumn before the hardest time of the year arrives. Syyskarkelot and Sarastus paintings were created at the same time in the same size, so they really enjoy being side by side on the wall. Syyskarkelot is a 154 cm x 140 cm sized acrylic painting that is living it`s new life today in a private collection in Finland.
